You will not have tasted this dish ever! Its a classic recipe not often found in restaurants outside India. Roasted Cumin seed powder is added to Potatoes and in this dish local, Bio Colrave, and these are sauted on high heat with turmeric, red chillies. Then the cumin seed powder is sprinkled on top and further cooked. The flavours of cumin seed powder and lemon juice complement the potatoes and colrave perfectly.
Accompanied with Plain Pulao.
The Plain Pulao is very mildly spiced Basmati rice, with subtle flavours of ginger, a touch of chilli and aromatic pulao masala.
