Assorted fresh chillies are sauteed with our secret and special spice mixture is added along with sunflower oil. This helps to coat all the spices to the chillies, resulting in a dry but slightly moist pickle!

This is mild to medium spiced - The chillies we choose are of the milder variety.

Fresh Green Chillies, Mustard oil, Mustard seeds, sunflower oil, lime juice, turmeric, salt, Asafoetida, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, Dried Mango powder, salt.

Just simple ingredients thats all!

Use as an accompaniment to any main meal for a spicy tinge to your meal!
