Another classic chutney. This one has sweet & sour tones from the dates and tamarind. We have tried to keep it as authentic and simple as possible - just the way it is served in India.
This goes well with slightly spicier starters/food, although people who dont prefer spicy dips, can use it with almost anything!. You can also use it as a dip with endless possibilities of food you can pair it with.
