"Do Pyaza" means litereally - "Two Onions" or Double Onions! As the name suggests this dish is made with a paste of onions and quartered onions in the gravy. A little bit of tomato puree is added to give it a slightly red color.

We use Swiss Chicken along with local, organic and bio products from producers within the Nyon/Gland region!
